What a privilege and honor to serve you as we are living in this end time. My home church pastor, Bishop Dr. B. Courtney McBath, Sr. Founding Pastor of Calvary Revival Church - Norfolk, VA stated many years ago, "The church today is the greatest organization on the earth and has the greatest potential to revolutionize the lives of people globally. God is positioning the church to be the answer to life's complex problems the world is seeking for." Victory Fellowship of Pastors/Churches is an interdenominational fellowship of churches to facilitate what we believe God is doing in the earth by providing spiritual covering, accountability and training for pastors/churches God has called into this fellowship. Our 2 key focuses are:
A. To help pastors develop by teaching strategies to local church pastors who deal with issues of evangelism, church management and discouragement
B. To encourage representatives of the local church pastor's who accompany them
Yearly, during our annual conference, we will fly in well seasoned Apostolic Leaders of the gospel, who have encountered various opportunities and struggles in ministry to:
1. Impart strength to pastors and church leaders
2. Empower and encourage pastors and church leaders through teaching and preaching.
3. Accurately speak prophetically into the Sr. Pastor's life and her or his church, as the Holy Spirit speaks and leads, to encourage, instruct and admonish.
